Every Friday of the month
The WordPress Support Group provides an opportunity for people who use WordPress to learn together by solving problems in a safe, community-oriented space. We encourage participants to learn, and lean towards independence, rather than simply answering specific questions.
The group is facilitated by one or more people who ensure that each person is heard and helped from where they are at the moment. Facilitators keep the group focused, and gently guide the search for answers.
We’ll answer questions from participants, and try to work through issues together – this is how everyone learns. Bring your lunch and your laptop to this drop-in event.
Please note: As space is limited, we accept attendees based on pre-registration. Walk-ins are welcome but please note that the price at the door $20.
How to Find Us at the Port
This meetup takes place at The Port Workspaces City Center at 555 12th Street, Oakland, CA, 94607, on the 5th floor. Parking can and will be problematic so we recommend taking public transportation if possible.
Pricing, RSVP, and Entry procedure
Log in if you are a Support Group subscriber and pre-register for free. Everyone else, pays $15. PayPal payment coming soon.
If you don’t pre-register, the cost is $20 at the door.
We will keep a staff member at the entrance from 12:45 – 1:15PM to let everyone in. After that, only people who have RSVP’d and paid in advance will be let in.
