<p>The Oakland meetup for Makers of all stripes and experience levels.   We do a mini-project that combines crafting and electronics, discuss ongoing projects for members, and enjoy speakers from local Maker organizations.</p>

This was a lot of fun, and very silly. We explored the properties of different toothbrush head shapes, shaving the bristles down and weighting the motors in an attempt to get them to stand up.]]></description>

<p>At the MakeSF meet-up at Tech Liminal this evening we made Bristle Bots (http://www.evilmadscientist.com/article.php/bristlebot) and raced them.</p>
