  1. The worksheet is a good reference document. However, in terms of usability I recommend two tools to implement the worksheet. First and foremost, I recommend LastPass (http://lastpass.com) which is a secure, encrypted, cross-platform password manager, form-filler and note saver. Available for Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, iOS and Android, LastPass is much safer and more flexible than writing sensitive data on a piece of paper.
Second, for the To-Do’s I recommend a simple but powerful task management app called Remember The Milk (http://remeberthemilk.com) which features Google Apps integration and shareable task lists.

    • These are good recommendations. We use Passpack to manage and share passwords with our teams and clients.

OnePassword (http://1password.com) is recommended to us often by our system administrator friends.

Do you use RTM to share with people who don’t have accounts on the system?

  2. This is a very useful all-in-one place for our web site info.
Can you make this available as a word or xl document (instead of adobe) so that it can be modified and saved (and password protected)?

  3. Tried your passpack suggestion. Why did I wait so long to do this? Great idea.
