Anyone and everyone can learn to make cool things. And it’s fun. And easy!
You can learn to make something cool with electronics in one workshop, and
take your cool project home with you!
Cost: A choice of projects for all budgets will be available at the workshop.
Mitch Altman is coming to TechLiminal to give one of his famous
circuit hacking workshops. Mitch has taught thousands of people to
solder and make cool things with microcontrollers at his workshops at
hacker spaces and hacker conferences and schools almost everywhere.
He will be joined by Rolf van Widenfelt, co-creator of the Mignonette
Game. Rolf has taught hundreds of people how to solder and build
circuits at the Maker Faire and other workshops.
Mitch and Rolf will have of plenty intriguing and fun of kits
available to make. All designed for the total beginner to complete
successfully. Kits include:
- Mignonette Game (play games!)
- TV-B-Gone (turn off TVs in public places!)
- MiniPOV3 (write messages in the air!)
- Trippy RGB Waves (make waves of colors with your hand!)
